Beautiful place to sit in silence.

Shambhala Meditation Center is part of Naropa University's Founder, Tibetan Buddhist teacher Chögyam Trungpa, network of meditation centers on the warrior's path to Shambala, it combines both Bon Pagan traditions and Dzogchen. There are five levels of meditation training and two vows to monkshood. It is a quiet retreat to meditate, with initiation by email. You can get the email contacts from their website. Although I am a long follower of the Shambhala Vajrayana, I took the middle way based on mindfulness, rather than sushumna and will be taking the vow as well as training in kyodo soon.
