Araceli asked me my issue then I explained it to her. She was gracious, polite, and very classy. I appreciate the effort I was in and out for a quick repair. What I thought would be a couple of days ended up being just 15 minutes. She came back and got me from the front, made certain it fit correctly and when all was settled, she smiled and sent me off politely. Thank you very much for the service it is appreciated.

Always a great experience at Shane Co. we recently moved to TX & needed a resize on my ring and I wanted it re-soldered and because we are under warranty, they did both as a rush order. I haven’t been able to wear it for two months and now I am one happy camper! Thank you Shane Co. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
