My fiancé and I worked with Kaylyn today for over an hour on crafting the perfect wedding day pearl set!! She was so patient while we looked at every option. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! She was excellent and we are so excited about our purchase.

Araceli asked me my issue then I explained it to her. She was gracious, polite, and very classy. I appreciate the effort I was in and out for a quick repair. What I thought would be a couple of days ended up being just 15 minutes. She came back and got me from the front, made certain it fit correctly and when all was settled, she smiled and sent me off politely. Thank you very much for the service it is appreciated.

I had an outstanding experience working with Christopher, the Sales Manager at Shane Co. From start to finish, his customer service was exceptional. He made the entire process of purchasing both a diamond ring and diamond earrings smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Christopher was highly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guiding me through each option without any pressure. His expertise and professionalism instilled complete confidence in every decision, and the ease of the purchase process exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Christopher and the Shane Co. team to anyone seeking high-quality jewelry paired with exceptional customer service. This was a first-class experience in every respect.

Amazing service finding the perfect pieces that we will love for the rest of our lives. Had the pleasure of getting expert help and recommendations from Lisa and Leo! Highly recommend investing in a piece with Shane Co. We were able to upgrade pretty seamlessly and look forward to working with them again for the next upgrade.

Always a great experience at Shane Co. we recently moved to TX & needed a resize on my ring and I wanted it re-soldered and because we are under warranty, they did both as a rush order. I haven’t been able to wear it for two months and now I am one happy camper! Thank you Shane Co. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
