Love Tisha's move and meditate class, perfect amount of yoga and relaxation. Her classes on Ayurveda are fantastic. She adapts for the students. And she makes it applicable to life! The space is relaxing and inviting!

What a wonderful and welcoming space - and a lovely human at the helm. Shanti is one of those spaces where you walk in and are Home... It's full of love, kindness, compassion, and humor, and Tisha walks her talk. I especially appreciate the thoughtfulness with which Tisha is cultivating Community - offering a teacher's circle for those of us who instruct, that we may learn from each other as peers. She has brought in classes for young people - folks who need a chair - AND body/energy work.
