I’m 42, and SheWolf (where I've been working out for about 9 months) is the first place in my life where I’ve felt truly free to explore my strength and athleticism without the constant feeling that exercise is supposed to be about getting slimmer. The coaches and community have created a space where I’m genuinely learning to appreciate my body for what it can do and how powerful it is becoming. Boxing is also incredibly fun and engaging for my busy, slightly competitive brain. I’m so grateful this place exists. I’d give it 50 stars if I could.

I can’t say enough good things about this all-women’s boxing gym. The boxing training is legit. You’re learning real technique, real self-defense, and building serious skill — not just hitting a bag for cardio. The strength and conditioning programming is challenging in the best way. And the energy? Empowering doesn’t even begin to describe it. Every woman in that space is encouraged to take up space, get stronger, and own her power. It’s supportive, motivating, and zero intimidation. If you’re looking for a gym that builds confidence, strength, skill, and community all at once — this is it. Absolute game changer.
