I was very impressed with the Shield Roofing team. I had very limited knowledge and experience with roofing. The process of scheduling was very easy and organized. At the initial appointment, Trey did a thorough assessment of the roof. He took the time to educate me about roofing, their process on replacing it and provided very transparent pricing/options. I also interacted with Jason in subsequent communications. Their team was all very professional and made my experience very positive (i.e., not overbearing or pushy sales tactics). If you are unsure about how to approach your roofing needs and want to be confident you're working with an honest, experienced and friendly partner. Call these guys have you covered.

A big shoutout to Shield Roofing! Project Manager, Nick was knowledgeable, professional & pleasant to work with. From beginning to end. Keeping me informed, he made the insurance process seamless as well as getting my roof replaced. They dealt with my insurance company and handled everything for an unstressed process. They went through great lengths to protect my home as the roof was being installed and completed the project in 1 day. Kudos to Nick for his diligent attention to my needs, and covering all basis! Shield Roofing proved to be an excellent company and I would Highly recommend them.

Shield Roofing did a great job with my roof replacement. I had received damage from hail storm earlier this year. Trey happened to be in the neighborhood and offered to look at the roof. While there was damage and it needed to be replaced, it there was any immediate concerns of a leak, which was good. Shield was ready to go, but I had to wait for my patio company, insurance company, and HOA. Once everything was in order and we had a day scheduled, Shield completed the work within a single day. I'm happy with the quality of the work, the cleanup, and the no pressure while I waited for the last insurance payment. Thanks to Trey for guiding me through the process and to Frank for promptly getting me the invoices on the back end.

I would like to say that Trey, the person I worked with, did an amazing job. From the estimate to the final payment, he was in direct contact with us. The whole thing took only 1 day. The new roof looks amazing and they kept the place clean the whole time. I would highly recommend Shield Roofing. Thier price is definitely fair and the service we had was impeccable.
