We recently completed another major project with Shulmen Inc and once again they exceeded all of our expectations. After having several terrible experiences with unreliable contractors in the past it was extremely difficult for us to trust anyone again. We were very fortunate that our next door neighbor hired Shulmen Inc first and strongly recommended them. From the moment we met the team we felt confident and comfortable moving forward and that decision has proven to be one of the best we have made for our home. This time Shulmen Inc remodeled our kitchen into a beautiful open concept layout which required removing a load bearing wall. They also fully renovated three bathrooms and built a brand new two story 1200 square foot ADU. The quality of construction, attention to detail and level of professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. Every phase of the project was well organized and communicated clearly. The crew showed up on time kept the job site clean and treated our home with respect. What truly sets Shulmen Inc apart as a general contractor in Los Angeles is their experience with complex projects like structural changes new construction and ADU builds. Everything was done properly with permits inspections and excellent craftsmanship. Since our first project with them they have completed additions renovations and remodeling on seven homes on our street alone which speaks volumes about their reputation and consistency. If you are looking for a reliable licensed contractor in Hancock Park for a home remodel kitchen renovation bathroom remodel or ADU construction I cannot recommend Shulmen Inc highly enough. Finding an honest skilled and dependable contractor is rare and we are extremely grateful to have found one we trust completely.

We recently completed a full home remodel in Pacific Palisades, and I cannot say enough amazing things about Shulmen Inc and their general contractor team. From start to finish, this was an absolutely outstanding experience. They handled every aspect of our renovation with professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. The project included a brand-new kitchen, beautiful bathroom remodels, new flooring throughout the home, a full electrical rewire with a new electric panel, entire house repiping, and the replacement of our tankless water heater. They also completed exterior stucco, interior plaster, a new roof, and an incredible ADU room addition. On top of that, they transformed our outdoor space with a new swimming pool, spa Jacuzzi, landscaping, pavers, and a new pump system. Every single part of the project was executed at an exceptionally high level. What truly sets Shulmen Inc apart is their communication, reliability, and pride in their work. The contractor was honest, patient, and always took the time to explain things clearly. The crew showed up on time, kept the site clean, and treated our home with respect. The quality of craftsmanship is top-tier, and the results exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, high-quality general contractor for a full house remodel, ADU construction, or luxury home renovation, I highly recommend Shulmen Inc. We would like to share our excellent experience with this company. From the very beginning until the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. The team genuinely cares about their customers and treats you like family. They were always responsive to every question, concern, or request we had, and their attention to detail was truly impressive. Nothing was overlooked, and every aspect of the project was handled with care and professionalism. Our property in Beverly Wood was completely transformed and turned out absolutely fantastic, far beyond what we expected. Their work included four bathroom remodels, new flooring, full interior painting, removal of load-bearing walls, construction of a new ADU, new plumbing, an upgraded electrical panel, and a complete house rewire. Every part of the project was executed to the highest standard. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy team.

I recently finished a full home remodel and room addition with Shulmen Inc, and I could not be happier with the results. Before finding them, I had some bad experiences with other contractors over the years — poor communication, delays, and messy work. I was nervous to start another big project. But my neighbors in Beverlywood highly recommended Shulmen Inc after they had an ADU built and a kitchen remodel done by them. They told me they were very happy, so I decided to give it a try. From the first meeting, Ofir and his team were professional, clear, and very easy to talk to. Even though English is not my first language, they were patient and made sure I understood everything — every plan, material, and step of the process. That made me feel comfortable right away. The work quality is excellent. The remodel and new addition completely changed my house — everything looks beautiful, solid, and done with attention to detail. The team showed up on time, kept the place clean, and always answered my questions. When small issues came up (as they always do in construction), they fixed them quickly and without excuses. After many disappointments with other contractors, Shulmen Inc really restored my trust. They did what they promised and even more. I’m very thankful to my neighbors for recommending them, and now I’m happy to recommend them to anyone who wants reliable and high-quality work in Los Angeles.
