It's my first time visiting, and the desk staff was very friendly. The massage was a little painful, but it was too cool. So I put up with it even if it hurt. I'm going to relax my shoulders. I made another reservation for next week. I want to stay with Fern again. Thank you.

I arrived feeling exhausted and incredibly tense, but left feeling excellent. I had a one-hour deep tissue massage with Ploy, who was wonderful. Her technique was so mindful- each stroke was deliberate and firm, perfectly targeting my tightest spots while still being relaxing. The ambiance is lovely, and the receptionist was so nice and accommodating. I also loved the thoughtful extra touch of a little pastry at the end. I’ll definitely be coming back with my husband!

Had the most amazing deep tissue massage. Kat was incredible. She really knows what she's doing and worked through all the tension in my body perfectly. And she is so friendly and intuitive. I left feeling so much better and more relaxed !!! Also love the tea and cake they priovided afterwards - a very nice gesture to complement the whole experience. Will definitely come back 🩵🩵🩵

Kate was a standout masseuse with impressive technique! I haven't had a good traditional Thai massage ever since I visited Thailand in 2019 and wow I was blown away. I feel like a different person that massage! And the best part about it was that they served us hot tea after plus a gift omg!!!! Seriously what an amazing customer service here at Siam Soul Thai massage. Will definitely be back again next time me and my partner visit Melbourne

Pearl was an amazing therapist - I booked in for a 90min winter promo, which was worth every second! 😊 Pearl asked about any particular areas of focus at the beginning of the massage and was attentive to my request further into my treatment. She constantly checked in with me about pressure and the hot stone temperature, and I left feeling very pampered and relaxed! I would definitely come back for a longer session, or foot massage next time. The post-treatment hot tea and snack was wonderful way to end my relaxation time 😊
