Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. After reading the good reviews, I was really looking forward to my appointment. However, the gel manicure was simply awful. The nails weren't properly formed. The glitter effect started peeling off after only 1.5 weeks?! I even went back to have two nails repaired (after they cracked and broke less than two days after the manicure), but it didn't help. I usually go to Neumeier for this kind of thing, but I paid almost $110! That's too much money for such a bad manicure. I get my nails done regularly, and I've never had this happen before! It's a real shame because they were very friendly, hence the second star. But they definitely need to work on their quality!

Horrible service, was so excited to find a place open til 9, but when I showed up at 7:30 the man shut the door on me with no explanation despite several other customers inside, so disrespectful (EDIT; every time I change this review they just put a new lie about the situation in their response so whatever it says don’t believe it by any means)

AMAZING! I had my nails done somewhere else and I wanted my cartoon characters on the nails, but they messed it up really bad. I gave Timeless Style a try and left feeling so so happy!!! My nail tech is named Calcat and she really took her time drawing out the details to make it look like my reference photo. Will definitely come again!!!
