Tried to do passport photos here, Appointment did not start on time. Office was hard to find, on side of Kettner but no door or unit sign. Part of condo building with green metal gate entrance to the unit. He was 15 mins late, owner did state his office was being remodelled so when I went in, there was no surprise to the disarray. Waited another 12 mins for photo printing, but then the prints were not of approval state so we re did the photos. He was nice about me selecting the image of choice. The next problem, after 45 mins being from the start time and still no printed photos. He processed my order with Rush My Photo app to be printed at Office Depot. I walk to office depot 4 mins away, and the biggest frustration — they discontinued all Rush My Photo service printing. Office depot will only print what was ordered on their sites. And Office Depot doesn’t take any pics onsite. Overall, wasted an hour, did not receive the passport photos, was told by business to try UPS. Gave two stars cause the guy was nice, and did call to to help me at Office Depot but BIG overall process was a waste of a customer’s time.
Wow – very disappointing. I spoke to a guy who said No Walk-In service, wouldn’t give me his name and was not helpful at all. He quoted a $84 for the fingerprints that my educational program needed, and when I told him the california.gov site with their info said the charge is $19, suddenly said he was seeing a client and had to hang up. Very unprofessional and scammy! Avoid this place
Terrible experience trying to get fingerprints for my wife’s real estate exam. Completely unethical and when we called to follow up a week after we had the fingerprints done (stated wait time is 3 days) the person who did the fingerprints pretended to be the “appointment service” rather than answer questions about where our fingerprints were. Please do not use this service. Read the responses to all of the other 1-star reviews and then go to Postal Annex.
Based on the reviews of this company it makes perfect sense on why the ratings of this “business” is a 3. Very rude, he uses profanity towards paying customers, & is apparently never in his office. Please if you’re smarter than me & check out reviews first I’d definitely stay away from this guy. I’m appalled & disgusted on how he conducted this kind of business! I don’t even leave reviews for businesses that’s how bad & terrible this guy is. He must have issues at home & brings that to his work place. Please be advised!
This notary was very fast and convenient. They were able to accommodate me when another notary was not available. The entrance was a little confusing, but if you follow their text instructions you will not have a problem. Make sure you bring a mask and follow their COVID protocols. The price is very inexpensive, highly recommend.
