Roy did an outstanding job repairing and replacing old, leaking sewer lines in the basement of my 140 year old Boston house. The work required spending a lot of time in a very tight, uncomfortable crawl space, and he handled it with professionalism, patience, and care. What really set Roy apart was how thoroughly he explained everything, like what the problem was, what needed to be done, and why, so I always felt informed and confident in the work being performed. The repairs were done carefully and correctly, and the results were excellent. If you’re looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and takes the time to communicate clearly, I highly recommend Roy. His assistant Randy was awesome too.

How do new furnace/ac system put in. The foreman was very informative. Jorge the installer was very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful in every step of the way. From the start of the project all the way to the cleanup. I was 100% satisfied with the work. The disposal of the old furnace to the cleanup of the area. I would definitely recommend to others. I had looked around at a couple other companies, but Sila what's the one that not only had the best price, but also had the quickest install time. They gave me options, and everyone I have dealt with at this company from start to the end of the install. We're all professional, courteous and helpful. I will be definitely using them again. Kyle and Kevin did an excellent job replacing our pipes. They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done before getting started. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and they made sure everything was clean and working properly before they left. They were respectful of our home and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Roy was so awesome and super helpful in figuring out what was going on with our old faucet, finding a new one, and installing our new one. He was super open and honest about pros and cons of each option for installation and super friendly with everything! He absolutely went above and beyond with all the work and can’t wait to work with him again!

I just had my annual heating tune-up performed by Michael S. He did a thorough job, clearly answered all my questions, and took the time to explain every detail. He was also very helpful in setting up my thermostat and showing me how to change the programming. I have used Sila’s heating tune-up deal for nine years, and the service just keeps getting better.
