I highly recommend Simi heating and air conditioning. I had to replace my hvac 4 times and the last time I replaced it with Simi heating. My prior HVAV systems did not last but a couple of years each. Right from the start , the men that came out were professional , friendly and took their time to explain everything. I only have great and amazing things to say about Craig and Anthony. The quality of the HVAC that I was sold is amazing. Anthony is always prepared to come out anytime that I need him. He came out at 7:00 in the evening because I told him the unit wasn't working. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the system. I'm the one who made the mistake and he was so kind to come out after a long day and explain what I had not done correctly. My husband is a disabled veteran and they did everything that they could to expedite putting in the HVAC in the middle of summer so he would be okay. I cannot praise this company and Craig and Anthony enough!! Thank you guys for making my, hopefully, last HVAC the best experience I've had!!

Our AC unit went out in the middle of summer in Tracy. When we called Simi for a quote, they were immediately in contact with us and they came out that night to help us figure out what we needed to do. We ended up getting an entire new HVAC system that is running great! Just turned on the heater and that works wonderful too! They had the best offer for us at that time! In summary, Simi is a family owned, hard working company! They can get the job done in any temperature and was done with our system within a few days! They are true to their work, take pride in what they do and anytime we need any help, they are one call away! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great HVAC company!

My air conditioner failed during the hottest time of the year, and the stress of potentially having to replace the entire unit—along with the worry of structural work inside my home—was overwhelming. After contacting Simi’s Heating and Air, I was immediately reassured. The owner and his family personally answered the phone, which spoke volumes about their commitment to customer care. They were incredibly efficient and timely, handled everything professionally, and made the entire process seamless. I never had to worry, and the affordability of their services was a tremendous relief during an already stressful situation. The quality of the system they installed is second to none, and we noticed the difference immediately. If I could give more than five stars, I would. When our air conditioning went out in the middle of summer, Simi Heating & Air responded immediately. They showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained our options before doing any work. We ended up replacing the outdoor condenser unit, and the entire job was handled professionally from start to finish. The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of our property. The new system has been running perfectly ever since — quieter, cooler, and much more efficient. It’s rare to find an HVAC company that’s this responsive, honest, and detail-oriented. I’d recommend Simi Heating & Air to anyone needing repair or replacement work done right the first time.

Simi Heating & Air is fantastic! I had a brand new HVAC package unit installed on my roof, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. The team was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. Installation was prompt, communication was excellent, and their follow-up showed how much they truly care about their customers.
