James was extremely helpful throughout, and literally went the extra mile by collecting the equipment when I had problems returning it to him. The sound system performed well, and was more than adequate from my needs. Thank you James!

Me and my twin sister hired the full speaker set for our 30th and it worked perfectly. Really nice guy and easy to arrange collection/drop off, and clear instructions on how to set up at the venue itself. Super reasonable cost - highly recommend!

As the name suggests everything was simple and easy. James was easy to communicate with and he explained how everything worked, which was straightforward to setup. The audio kit was more than loud enough for a party of 80 people. Will use again and recommend to others.

We hired speakers and wireless mikes for our wedding from James. The experience was fantastic and well… simple. James was very communicative, explained everything clearly and the gear was great quality. Also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Superb customer service from start to finish. Took a chance after reading the great reviews on Google and so glad that I did. I booked 9 months in advance for my 60th birthday celebrations. James kept me updated regularly and I couldn’t fault his customer care, as he answered queries promptly and managed all my requests. Initially I only booked the audio system (sound board and two speakers) but after enquiring if he knew someone who hired disco lights I discovered he did. So he had everything I needed. The sound system was more than adequate for the function room I’d hired, providing great quality sound for a disco. The disco lights were perfect and really enhanced the evening. James came to set up all the equipment a few hours before the event and collected the following morning, all within a negotiated time frame. His hire fees are excellent value for money. (The photo shows the soundboard and lights but not the speakers. I had some mine do a guest DJ slot as well as us using a great Spotify play list via an iPad). I can highly recommend “Simple Sounds” as a small business you can trust and book with confidence.
