I took my sister to Simply Amazing Spa for her birthday, and overall the experience itself was great. The staff was friendly, the massage and package items were very enjoyable, and my sister was able to experience the full service that I purchased for her, which I really appreciated. I was running late due to traffic and arrived right on time for my massage, but I was a bit rushed and not fully settled mentally to ask detailed questions. During the service, my massage therapist, Melanie, mentioned that she was giving us a complimentary upgrade and began listing additional add-ons. We agreed to the CBD oil. No price was mentioned, and based on the wording “complimentary upgrade,” I genuinely believed it was being offered for free as a kind gesture for my sister’s birthday. After the massage and sauna, I checked out and was not charged for the CBD oil, which further confirmed my belief that it was complimentary. However, the next morning I received a call stating that I needed to pay for the CBD oil treatment. I explained that I thought it was complimentary and that had I known it was a paid add-on, I would not have chosen it. It wasn’t something I needed or planned to add unless it was free. I ultimately paid for the add-on over the phone, but the situation was very frustrating and disappointing. This came down to unclear communication. The add-on should have been clearly explained as an extra charge, with pricing stated upfront. Using the word “complimentary” was misleading, and different wording should have been used. While the spa services themselves were wonderful, the way this was handled afterward left a bad impression. I was actually planning to return and book a group spa day for my girls as a ladies’ day out, but after this experience, I don’t think I will be coming back. My advice to anyone visiting Simply Amazing Spa is to ask very clear questions about add-ons and pricing to avoid unexpected charges after your visit.

I came across this ‘Simply Amazing Spa’ very true to its name, online while they had a good pricing on a couples massage and sauna. I booked the session for my anniversary. Shay was able to help me book the appointment and receive us when we arrived. She was absolutely amazing she made sure all our needs were exceeded. Our masseuses Marina and Willie were amazing! Marina was so reassuring throughout the session, since I haven’t had a massage in a while, I was a bit nervous but felt so comfortable after talking to her. My husband was massaged by Willie and added on the cupping. He states that he has never been so rejuvenated before. To top all of this off we ended out time with a 30 minute sauna session that further relaxed us. Only bad thing I can say is that I’m sad I didn’t know if this spa before! Definitely coming back and 10/10 recommending to all of my friends and family!

Came to visit the Denver area and came across Simply Amazing and made an appointment for a facial. I made the right choice! Marina did a great job taking wonderful care of my skin I feel younger and my skin is smooth as a baby! Thank you.

Outstanding massage! Husband and I did couples full-body massage with sauna and it was a great experience. Thank you to our wonderful masseuses!! We enjoyed the kind team, and throughly relaxing massage where they pinpoint our pain and bring so much relief! Easy parking and clean facility

We just left our 60 minute massage and sauna session. I am so sad, I didn’t want to leave for a variety of reasons. First, all the staff there are incredibly friendly and welcoming and make you feel right at home. Second, Willie and Melanie were amazing therapists and did incredible work (Thank you) and third, a sauna right after a massage almost had me completely asleep. We will be back. I have found a new obsession.
