Booked online last minute, and received a courtesy call the following day as I had come through as a new customer to confirm my booking for the next day, and to advise I could call for any queries. Arrived approx ten mins early and was taken right through to the treatment room (there is a small sofa for waiting if needed), shown where I can leave my things and given a few minutes to get ready. Booked in for a full face wax, and a full face wax I received. My flatmate had been recommending this place for probably a year, after I had multiple bad experiences in shopping center waxers. I wish I’d taken her advice sooner. I have never felt so relaxed while being waxed. Yes it took longer than your quick shopping center experience however there was a reason for this. Leah continued to check in that the wax temperature was okay, and informed me what part she was moving onto. As far as waxing goes, this was next to a painless experience. The wax and technique used minimised the pain as much as possible. Leah was kind and informative, and made me feel at ease after so many bad experiences. I have already recommended her to all my friends and will definitely be returning!

Would absolutely recommend, so professional and such a relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. I had a Hollywood lycon wax with Lavenna. She was so reassuring, kind and funny during the whole process. It was no where near as painful as I was expecting and Lavenna was so gentle and checked in on me the whole time to make sure i was comfortable. I am super impressed with the result too and will definitely be returning. Thankyou!
