First, I got a same day appointment which was incredible as I did not expect such a fast response! Dropped off my car and Simon provided me with a shuttle service back to my house. Then few hours later my car was back to my driveway all cleaned and spotles, every single corner in my car was cleaned even places that were hard to reach that I didn't even know could get cleaned but he was able to get it all cleaned! Customers satisfaction is his priority; very attention to details, friendly, punctual and great communication skills. 100% will be going back to Sims Auto Spa and I truly recommend everyone to reach out to him for detailing services and much more car servies!

I can’t thank Simz Auto Spa enough! I had a noticeable scratch on my dark nocturne grey colour and he worked absolute magic on it. The turnaround was same day. I let him know about the issue and he not only fixed it flawlessly, but also gave me excellent advice on how to protect my paint going forward.
