We’ve always had phenomenal service every time we dine at Sinatra. I would like to personally thank and recognize Gabriele and Thomas (6 stars for them) for being outstanding waiters. They were very kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. We appreciate the effort and work ethic of the staff. Also the food is amazing!! I highly recommend making reservations at this restaurant. You won’t regret it!

I had very high expectations for Sinatra at Wynn and was deeply disappointed by my experience. Within hours after dining at the restaurant, I developed severe gastrointestinal symptoms consistent with food poisoning. The symptoms were intense and persisted for multiple days, to the point where I had to seek medical care. What made this especially distressing is that I was 23 weeks pregnant at the time, which turned what should have been a special evening into a genuinely frightening health situation. Anyone who has experienced foodborne illness during pregnancy will understand how serious and stressful this is. I want to be clear that this review is not written lightly. I rarely leave negative feedback, but the impact on my health was significant, and the experience contrasted sharply with the reputation and price point of the restaurant. While the ambiance and concept are elegant, food safety must be non-negotiable - especially in a luxury establishment. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their handling, sourcing, and preparation standards so other guests do not go through the same experience. When I contacted the restaurant afterward, my concerns were dismissed and the possibility of a connection to the meal was ruled out without any apparent review or follow-up. Given the seriousness of the situation, this response was disappointing.

The evening began with warm service and that unmistakable swing music that wraps around the room like silk. I ordered the Osso Buco, their legendary house specialty — tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a saffron risotto that tasted like sunshine. Every bite reminded me of the kind of timeless cuisine that doesn’t need to be reinvented — only respected. And of course, I couldn’t leave without trying the Sinatra Dessert, a decadent symphony of chocolate and hazelnut layered in perfection — a sweet encore worthy of the man himself. The service? Impeccable. Graceful, attentive, and never rushed. The kind of hospitality that makes you feel seen, not served. If you’re in Las Vegas and crave a dinner that sings of old-world charm and modern precision, Sinatra is a must. This is a Vegas restaurant. You feel like you are in Vegas. Its beautiful and opulent with great staff and drinks (and Vegas prices too). The dining room as a great vibe, the patrons are all dressed up and you feel you are somewhere special. The staff / servers are all very welcoming and luckily the food matches the hype. The touches throughout the venue in homage to Frank Sinatra are great too, with cocktails named after him etc. We split he Veal Parm and ti came out divied on two plates as in pic below. We also shared the Pennette. Both of these dishes were amazing..... Will definitely be back

I had such a wonderful experience at Sinatra with my family! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The service was just as impressive; our server Chris was warm, attentive, and made the evening feel extra special. A perfect spot for a memorable night out with my family.
