Sallow (excuse my spelling if that’s incorrect) was exceptional. He tried his very best to resolve my issue and left no stone unturned. Although we didn’t get the issue resolved, his determination to do the best for the customer was 10/10. Thank you so much!

Googled 'Edwin Jeans stockists Belfast'. I see Size is listed as a supplier, and take the 40 minute drive into the city. When I ask 'where all the jeans are?' to one of the male staff members, he tells me they don't have many jeans in stock. I explain the scenario to him, and he was pretty rude. Sounds like the business needs to get a better grip on their customer experience, as even if I wanted a pair of trainers, I'd now avoid this store as a result!
