I had an appointment this week st Skinovative for a IPL. The office staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. My technician was very knowledgeable about my procedure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been seeing Dr. Fulton at Skinnovative Med Spa for 8 years, and I can honestly say there’s nobody better! Their entire staff is incredible, warm, professional, and always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Fulton has mastered the art of subtle, natural results. Nobody ever knows I get Botox… I just look rested, refreshed, and confident. I can’t recommend him enough!

One year ago today, I walked into SKINovative feeling the worst I ever had, physically, emotionally, and mentally. I was struggling with obesity, low energy, and a lack of confidence. I’ve been coming to this clinic for 3 years and always had amazing results — until my recent visit. My regular esthetician was no longer there, and I was assured that the new lady was even better. That was completely false. She had no idea what she was doing, was extremely rough on my skin, and ended up burning it badly — even after I told her I was traveling for work soon and needed to be careful. My skin has been hurting and itching ever since. When I went back to share my concerns, the manager, Karina, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She even blamed it on my skin instead of taking responsibility. Her attitude was not only rude but came across as racist and condescending. It’s clear they’re using harsh or possibly expired products and hiring inexperienced staff. Please be careful before trusting your skin here they completely lost my trust after this painful experience.
