Cross posted from yelp* I didn't get to say goodbye really after my final appointment because everyone was hard at work so I'll use this to do that and say thank you!!! Literally every person, from the front desk people, to the assistants, and the therapists themselves are incredible. Everyone is so kind, patient, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was going for pelvic floor therapy and have a new baby at home and they were so compassionate and flexible when creating my care plan AND even let me bring my baby when I didn't have anyone to watch her. Huge shoutout to Jessica, Marlena, and Nicolette (sorry if I misspelled) but they were the loveliest care team I could have asked for. I have been able to regain so much function, strength, and confidence as a result of their treatment.

I loved Spooner PT! I began going about 1 month postpartum and worked with Jaylin and Marlena for about 10 sessions. They are both so kind and gave great advice for helping me heal my ab separation and pelvic pain postpartum. The exercises I was asked to do at home were easy to follow, but I always loved getting to go into the office for visits. It felt like having a personal trainer and an hour of uninterrupted gym time, all while chatting with friends. Would recommend to anyone who has recently had a baby!

As a retired healthcare provider I can tell that this branch has a high level of competent, involved, and enthusiastic providers and assistants. Provider knowledge level is through the roof and they all work together as a team making the patient experience very positive. The front desk is friendly and engages in a positive manner with patients to set the tome for each visit. I have a cost sharing plan so I can choose where I go for my healthcare. They helped me recover from bilateral knee replacement 2 years ago and after taking a fall and injuring my ankle and leg recently, I choose Spooner in Gilbert again to help me recover. If you need a PT team you should go here.

Just know that all the employees of Blankenship are Angels sent here from Heaven to assist us with our physical rehabilitation. My daughter had her achilles tendon lengthening surgery 2 months ago and has been working with Tyler and Abby as well as another nice lady. My daughter has come so far!!!!!! This isn't just regular PT you would get at school or somewhere that offers other services with it. This is the REAL DEAL!!!! ALWAYS on schedule, easy, convenient and accommodating. I am so happy I was referred here for my daughter. They truly go above and beyond with the Physical Therapy from their equipment and knowledge to sending home exercises for the best possible recovery. My daughter goes twice a week and she's excited about it! They make therapy fun even though it's hard work.
