I attended the SKY Happiness Retreat at the University of Cincinnati. I would highly recommend everyone to go for it as it made me understand my mind and emotions better. I practice the breathing techniques taught in the retreat regularly and it has made me a mentally resilient and joyful person!

SKY Campus Happiness was the one thing that helped me with my mental health during my undergraduate career. I went into this not knowing what to expect? I thought it might be another yoga class. It was so much more. There was breath-work, interactive and introspective processes. I felt a deeper sense of calm and peace that I had never experienced before. I feel more resilient. What made me stay is the warmth of the teachers and the community.
