I had the pleasure of working with Filipe from Sky Realty, and I can honestly say that my experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, Filipe was an absolute professional, providing top-tier service and attention to detail. If you're looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Filipe. His professionalism, dedication, and great communication make him a standout in the industry.

Thank you, Mr F Viegas you were highly recommended from one of my friends from work. I purchase a house from you which I love for the past three years and since I never did a written a review three years ago, here's the second thank you for getting my new tenants on my multifamily house. Hands down the most in sight professional individual.I've ever dealt with IF YOU'RE NOT DEALING WITH A REALTOR YOU SHOULD YOU'LL NEVER REGRET IT. HE ALWAYS HAS YOUR BACK FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END. I'VE RECOMMENDED MY ENTIRE FAMILY TO DEAL ONLY WITH THEM!

My experience with the agent Eduardo Filipe was not positive. I felt pressured to make payments without receiving proper documentation or a clear explanation of the rental process. When I asked for receipts and more transparency, his attitude became defensive and unprofessional. He yelled at me over the phone and kept pushing me to pay the security deposit and the broker fee in that day. This made me feel uncomfortable, and I ultimately decided not to proceed. The visit to the apartment was on Monday, and I chose not to continue with the process by Wednesday based on the contradictions during the process in just 3 days. Big red flag. The problem was not the money. I had the full amount in cash. The problem was his disrespectful and aggressive attitude. I would not recommend working with him, especially if it's your first time and you're excited to get your new apartment, he will ruin your experience.
