I honestly cannot say enough about Maureen Mulligan. I knew immediately upon meeting with Maureen that we were in good hands. She is very honest and knowledgeable about the real estate market and guided us through every step of selling our home. She listed my 2 family home for significantly more that I had expected and we received multiple offers after just one Open House and a few private showings for above asking price. She helped navigate every step of the process and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. She maintained her professionalism throughout even when dealing with a difficult Buyers Agent. Maureen goes above and beyond for her clients and I'm so happy that we chose to list our home with her. Mid-Realty is an institution in our town, as are Jarlynn and her family, so when we made the decision to move on from our home of 43 years we made one phone call, to Jarlynn. Jarlynn gave us the benefit of her knowledge of the current real estate market and applied her vast real estate experience to skillfully secure for us the Barbie Dream House. Everyone we dealt with at Mid-Realty throughout the process were kind, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. We could not recommend Jarlynn, Bobby and the team at Mid-Realty more highly.

Maureen actively & patiently worked with me for more than 6 months before I finally found the house (home) that felt just right. She scheduled and met me at all the places I asked her to help me look at. In addition she proactively found listings in the areas I was interested in moving to. She was extremely patient and empathetic to my wishes. She always stayed positive & would tell me I will find the right place. I bid on several places for which I was not even considered. Too many buyers in competition meant offering the sales price was not even an option. Finally, she found the perfect listing for me. I happened to be the 1st or 2nd person to view this place & I knew right away this was the place for me. Maureen invests herself in her client. I know she had other clients but she always made time for me & made me feel like I was her priority. I never felt like she was only out to make money & that meant so much to me. If you choose Maureen as your agent to buy or sell your home she will definitely be in your corner. I am very grateful to her for finding me my new home. She is certainly an asset to Mid-Realty.

Maria Gomez with Mid-Realty company was extremely helpful when my wife and I were looking to purchase a two-family home. She was always available and enthusiastic to show us houses for sale, and per our request recommended an attorney to handle the closing on a building we purchased. Besides being so helpful finding the two-family house we purchased as an investment, Ms. Gomez readily recommended contractors that were needed to make repairs that were previously anticipated. The work and reliability of those doing the repairs were excellent. With Ms. Gomez’s help, she located and vetted prospective tenants, provided a lease agreement and collected the necessary deposits. After two years, both tenants continue to occupy our house, absent of any problems. They always timely pay their rent. We have contacted Ms. Gomez on various occasions to discuss realty matters (i.e. possible prospective buyer), and she has always willingly made herself available to answer any questions and assist us with necessary information. I definitely highly recommend Ms. Gomez for any prospective home purchaser. She always goes above and beyond the call of duty, and her friendly and honest manner makes it easy to work with her. Our respect has extended so far, that we recommended her to our son who subsequently bought a home with her help and guidance. She was very instrumental in helping them find just the right area that met their needs and desires.
