this place absolutely sucked not only did it smell like BO the pizza was absolutely crap paid $600 for a birthday package to get hot unlimited soda which I didn’t even get the soda that I asked for nor did they keep bringing us the soda like they said the place was hot again. It stunk food sucked the whole place sucked. It was hot in there never ever ever again stay away from this place and the lady the old lady manager I don’t remember her name, but she was absolutely rude.

We were looking for a location that would give us a group rate to celebrate our son’s basketball championship. I was shocked how many locations said they couldn’t for a Saturday or had other barriers to making this happen. Sky Zone was amazing from start to finish. When I called their front desk to ask for group rate information, they were so incredibly helpful and made the process easy. When we arrived right away the GM came up and asked my son what the trophy was for and was just genuinely a kind and caring person making the experience even more exciting for the boys. Every one of the families from our team that came in commented on how nice the staff were, how clean the facility was, everything. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate our boys basketball championship. We will be back and want to keep supporting this location. Truly huge thank you to all the staff!

🚨 ATTN Management! 🚩 The ceiling is dropping insulation all over the play area. Watching kids brush it out of their hair and scratch as they jump. This cannot be healthy and suprised they don't shut down for a day or so to repair to avoid legal issues. The netting of the long jump trampoline is also halfway off exposing a brick wall and a far fall to concrete.

Overall great experience here for a birthday party we attended. Lots of fun things for the kiddos. Friendly and helpful staff. Out only complaint was the group of about 20 teenagers monopolizing the basketball court. Luckily they were all there and not taking the whole place, but they were playing pretty rough and I saw a couple younger kids get hurt just walking near them.

This is a great jump park that is surely the cleanest facility in the whole city. All the activities are in really good condition, and there are a good mix of activities. For being such a small space, they cram in a ton of stuff. I have young kids up to teens and all of them like this particular park. Also a note on staff is that, yes, many are young, but compared to most places they do pay good attention to the kids and keep things safe. Even the café guys were really nice and went way above my expectations in making sure we got the food we wanted. And man, the pizza we had was super good. Honestly, I'm usually expecting cardboard with some cheese on top, but this was like a restaurant pizza. Entry price is normal, and if you live close, nab a membership for one of the best deals out there. Highly recommend!
