We had an amazing time celebrating our girls flag football team. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Mike, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly—he checked in on our group several times and made sure we had everything we needed. Danica, our server, was absolutely wonderful! She was attentive, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome and taken care of. The kids had a blast, and the parents were impressed with how organized and fun the party was. Highly recommend Urban Air Gilbert for any team celebration or birthday party!

This place is great, EXCEPT that the only seating by the jumping area are massage chairs that you HAVE to pay to sit in, otherwise the rollers rotate to such an uncomfortable position it's impossible to sit in unless you pay. That feels shady. Not to mention the insanely obnoxious, loud and frustrating beeping non stop from them. Those, or 2 benches like you see on a playground with no back. So crazy you have to basically pay to sit and watch your kids jump without messing up your back or just standing. Clearly enough people were fed up with the massage chairs basically deterring you from sitting without paying that they were starting to unplug them, and this place had to put a sign up. That's telling. There's no seating by the go karts, or taller jungle gym on the other side either. We also noticed the bigger jungle gym doesn't have the normal mats? They're literally the thin foam jigsaw pads you can get from Walmart. That seems super cheap & trashy for a big company like this, not to mention them not being kept in place is a tripping hazard. But biggest complaint - get normal seats!!!!!

What a great day of play! The facility was clean, there were so many fun activities geared for all ages of our group ( ages 6-48). The staff was super friendly. What stood out the most was Shawn. Not sure if he is employee, manager or owner but regardless his customer service was top notch h. From helping us sign in and get tickets, to checking on us throughout the experience to sweeping the floors this dude was on top of things Thanks Shawn for being one of the best parts of our experience. We will definitely be coming back to hang out again!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Urban Air Adventure Park in Gilbert. My special needs son had a big accident in the men’s bathroom, and what could have been a stressful, overwhelming experience turned into something manageable because of their incredible kindness and compassion. The manager and two young men went above and beyond to help us. They didn’t hesitate to step in—they provided me with a bucket of water, disposable towels, and a trash bag so I could take care of my son and clean up. They even insisted on helping with the mess themselves, which truly touched me. To top it all off, they ran next door to the second-hand store and bought my son a new pair of shorts so he could feel comfortable and continue his day. This kind of care and understanding is rare, and I am beyond grateful. They showed patience, empathy, and humanity in a moment where I needed it most. Urban Air Gilbert isn’t just a fun place for kids—it’s a place with staff who genuinely care about families. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning a tough moment into one of compassion and support. We will definitely be back, and I’ll be recommending Urban Air Gilbert to every family I know.

This place was so much fun. The kids had a blast with so many attractions to choose from. The young man running many of the rides (Kaleb) was so kind and friendly. His kindness, mannerism and knowledge made out day. All the staff went out of their way. The pizza was delicious!! We will come back next time we visit Arizona. Thank you for making our day AMAZING!!
