Each visit is great! Had my son’s 3rd birthday party and our party planner was so friendly and helpful. Returned to redeem two free 60 min passes and every staff member was polite, kind, and supportive. Lovely environment.
This Old Man
We went to a glow event on a Saturday night. It was fun. Very expensive but fun. Our kids had a great time. The only problem i had was when we purchased 2 drinks around 9:15pm (over $11.00) we were told it was free refills which would've been great if the concessions didn't close 20 minutes later. If they don't they should have times posted or at least give the option of a one time purchase for a lesser cost. Seriously though, all and all I would absolutely recommend going here. It really was fun

Be aware of this location! There are issues from before you even arrive. The time that they have posted online is incorrect. The staff lie and do not pay attention to what is going on. They will engage with each other right in front of your face while you are trying to get a questions answered. Half of the equipment is only operational during certain times. Bathrooms are disgusting. Parents who bring their kids to this location definitely do a drop off and come back. Big kids in the area for little kids. Big kids just running around and knocking smaller kids over. It’s utter chaos until you get inside early.

Fun place to take kids but we got in trouble for double bouncing. My grandson is only 4 so I only bounced it lightly and he loved it. No one was double bouncing way up in the air so he should have just let us play. I understand why the don't allow it for the kids but I was just playing with my grandson.

My 9 year old and 6 year old daughters, enjoyed themselves here. Establishment was clean staff, was very pleasant. They had $12 Tuesdays, which came in handy for my family of 4 saved us a couple dollars. Plus they have deals on Groupon. Great place to get kids out the house to burn some energy. To crowded came during a Tuesday afternoon.
