Recently attended a birthday party with my two kids, I personally wouldn’t waste money coming here & would spend MORE to do it at Urban Air. Prior to arrival, all guests were required to fill out waivers which I completed WITH my host present to prevent any delays/issues at check-in. Upon arrival, the staff started handing out bands to our party immediately. Noticing all the children had bands EXCEPT FOR ONE, I asked if I could have one to put on said child so they could go off with the rest of the kids & I was told “I had to wait to check-in”…so I have to wait to check in my child for a band that was ALREADY put on my other child? Even though neither were checked in? Didn’t make sense but tried to be patient anyway. So I start checking us all in & one of my children’s waiver is just not in their system. The host of the party and I respectfully tried to show the counter staff PROOF the waivers were done for ALL of us (INCLUDING the one they say is missing) and were told to refill out the form continuing to cut into our jump time because of their unorganization. In addition, they claim you can’t bring outside food which is just not true. But they won’t tell you until after you spend money on food there. They also say you can’t jump without proper socks on but only say things to certain people. It’s just a mess. The employee who was on our party was truly a blessing with a great personality. Hope she succeeds far beyond this trash place smh.
So the workers are all nice and sweet I really appreciate them a lot… the pizza was hard I bought 2 just in case I wasn’t sure if I was eating pizza or cardboard, the rug in there is filthy nasty. I’m an ick person so walking on carpet with my socks on is cringe but a dirty carpet with socks on is even cringe. The foam in there is nasty. It’s dirty and looks like it’s melting ew. Honestly they need to get all new equipment EVERYTHING NEW!
Not even worthy of a 1 star…. I went there with my son 11/4/25 was able to jump with him on the SAME trampoline there were staff all over. Not one came up to tell me I couldn’t jump on the same trampoline. We again went on 11/8/25 for the little leaper session ( for toddler since he is 23 months.) I was told I couldn’t jump with him that he has to jump on his own ????? My son is on the spectrum and needed support to help with jumping. Mind you I wasn’t jumping high with him at all. I told the young staff member that I was here earlier in the week and no one said anything. He said I can go get my refund up front. Insensitive the fact that my son left crying because he enjoyed it soooo much. I was beyond upset I will be calling corporate on this location. No child disable or not should ever have to feel this way. I’m his biggest advocator they got the right one. Respectfully
Had our daughters birthday party here a week ago. The girl that was supposed to handle our party seemed to have zero training. Her manager also struggled to answer simple questions. The party staff did absolutely nothing for us. Being a week from my due date I booked this place for an easy party which ended up being more work than anything. We decorated the tables and served our own food/drinks with the girl just standing there watching us. For $450 I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. The party was rushed the whole time and the kids that didn’t want to eat just sat there for the last hour (I had to buy arcade cards just so they had something to do) since they cut off the jumping bracelets exactly one hour in. Definitely not worth the trouble and money. Altitude In feasterville is cheaper and had way more perks and the staff actually help your party.
Saturday from 9:30-11 is the best time for young kids. Little leapers is fun for little kids and toddlers because bigger kids are going to bounce on top of them. There’s not too many people at this time either. Various balls were out there to play with and even 2 mascot characters (pay patrol) came walking out to greet kids for a few minutes. ⭐️🍪Where is it?? This Sky Zone is hidden in the back of the shopping complex all on its own. Our kids said this was the “best day ever” as they climbed and jumped on one thing after the next. There are so many options to choose from. Check this site out!
