She was attentive, proactive, and fully engaged with the kids the entire time. We didn’t have to ask for a single thing she anticipated every need and handled the party like a true customer-experience MVP. The kids adored her energy, and the adults noticed her professionalism. Isabella made the entire event seamless, stress-free, and genuinely fun. She elevated the whole experience, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend requesting Isabella if you want your event to run like a well-oiled machine. She’s amazing.

We visited Skyzone New Rochelle for my Nephew Matthews Birthday on October 12 and it was an amazing experience. The staff seemed as if they needed a picker upper but our host was amazing he made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. The atmosphere over all was calm and kids were having fun as well as adults. I thought I was an ultimate warrior until the obstacle humbled me and I was defeated. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you!!
