WARNING: DO NOT USE THE MASSAGE CHAIRS. My first visit there with my husband and child was after a long day to i was happy and surprised to see massage chairs. So I decided to try one and paid for 6 minutes. After 3 minutes and it started working on my lower back I felt extreme pain and got up not finishing the rest. I walked to find my husband to look at my back and it was instantly bruised. We left from the pain I was in and went to UCSD ER which the doctor there said he's never seen this kind of injury caused by a massage chair. It's left me in so much pain. Imagine if a child tried using one of there. UPDATE They don't serve hot food during the weekdays.... unless schools out for breaks... then hot food stops at 5:30pm. San Marcos location sells hot food every day of the week and it closes at 7:30pm Carlsbad facility definitely not diabetic friend especially if I can't bring my own food in.

Rylan is the best employee ever. He was making sure everyone was safe. He checked on everyone to make sure they were ok. He was such a chill guy. W Rylan. Everett is also a great employee. He made sure all of my friends were safe. He was kind and nice the whole time. W Everett. Also Amber is a great manager. She was always keeping everyone in check. She kept us safe the whole time. Good place, most of the staff is friendly and polite. The one in the photo is the same one who questioned my choosing of how long to stay…like they didn’t want us there…also not the most polite. NEEDS TO WORK ON MANNERS NO MATTER THE SITUATION, GROW UP or find work somewhere else if you’re that miserable. The kitchen staff were MUCH better than the one in the photo.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review: SkyZone Trampoline Park We went to SkyZone for a birthday party and had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff was friendly, organized, and super helpful from start to finish. The food was surprisingly delicious—way better than your typical party spot—and everything came out fresh and on time. The kids had a blast jumping, playing, and burning off all that birthday energy. The whole place was clean, safe, and well-run, which made the day stress-free for us adults too. Highly recommend SkyZone for parties or just a fun day out. We’ll definitely be back! 🎉🟠

We had such a great time at Sky Zone Carlsbad! The place is clean, well organized, and full of fun activities for all ages. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make sure everyone stays safe while having fun. My kids especially loved the interactive screen, and it was nice to see them burn off energy in such a positive way. Check in was smooth, and the facility felt bright and well-maintained. Highly recommend for birthday parties, playdates, or just a fun family outing!
