On a trip to visit family we popped into this skyzone so my son could get some wigles out. The first time we went they honored to groupon price for us because it was a weekend but groupon was only good for week day. My son loved it so much we went back that Monday at 11 but didn’t realize they close from 11-12 on Monday for sensory however this was perfect since my son would rather this atmosphere. They let us in and we were the only party there. My son had the run of the place and loved it Ot was clean and had staff around the play park monitoring and used whistle if kids were unsafe. We will be back so my son can fly on that awesome slide again.
It was fun and more enjoyable than I expected. The slide was surprisingly intimidating—if it weren’t for the nine-year-old in front of me, I probably wouldn’t have tried it. That said, if you’re an adult who isn’t jumping, it’s fairly boring. We had four adults and two kids, and there wasn’t much seating or a comfortable place to hang out. A small area to sit, eat, or relax would make a big difference and likely keep families there longer.
I have been to a few birthday parties at these kinda play zones, this place has a lot if trampoline zones and some obstacle courses too, nice place for the kids to spend some of their energy, our host Jake was amazing, he was very attentive and made sure we were not missing anything during our party. Jake should get a raise!!! Amazing place!!!
I thought I was just coming to a trampoline park like the one that in North Las Vegas was a while ago but this was more like the Ninja Kidz trampoline park. Sky Zone has lots of different activities for kids and a small arcade. It was a great way to escape the heat and I got a good deal. Had I not gotten the Groupon this trip would have been over $100 for 4 kids just to get in the door. The food is overpriced but since I got a Groupon I had a couple extra dollars & the pizza is the bomb! You have to sign the waiver before you come or when you get here the QR code is on the wall I thought that was convenient as I didn't have to touch a tablet or a computer that many many other people had touched. The phone cubes were extremely nasty and torn apart so I know they probably have not been cleaned in forever. The climbing Wall was missing handles for you to climb on and the part of the wall that was missing the handles was the part that was accessible because the rest of the wall is hard to climb up on from the foam cube pit. I love that they have the massage chairs for parents because Sky Zone is a place I brought the bigger kids and let them go hang out for an hour and a half. It wasn't too loud or overcrowded like the one in North Las Vegas was. Demaria was such a big help with everything. He was so patient with me as I tried to figure out my Groupons 😂 and even more patient as I tried to figure out why in the world the food was so overpriced at the snack bar 😂 He did his job with such grace & I'm grateful for his temperament because it helped remind me he was just doing his job 😂 He's a great employee and he needs a raise.
What great customer service Skyzone has. They are problem solvers and understanding. Adam is a great manager at this location, and you can tell by the way the employees listen and understand what's happening. I highly recommend checking this location out if you are in the area. They have a great summer jump membership 😀 check it out!!! Thanks again skyzone you guys are awesome! I appreciate the customer you provided.
