This was a great place to host my daughters 13th birthday! The pre service was amazing with incredible communication. Once we got there, the waiter introduced himself and he was amazing as well. He did such a great job.! the food was perfect. The kids had a great time and the adults were able to go to the bar and have adult drinks if they chose.

Everything was perfect for our annual Christmas party. The process of booking the private room was seamless and easy due to the assistance of the two event coordinators, Kaitlyn and Sarah, who helped us book our party. Above all, they were accommodating with our requests and always responded to me promptly. Our servers, Jelissa and Winston, were wonderful and very patient. They were attentive to all our needs during our party. There was an error on our final bill, resulting in an overcharge of 25%. However, Jelissa and Winston brought it to my husband's attention, and it was quickly resolved. We mention this because they caught the mistake, not us. We appreciate their honesty. Our experience overall was great.

Not only is this place a blast with all the different activities they have, but they are also incredibly generous and supportive to their community! I stopped by recently to see if they would be interested in supporting our schools fall festival fundraiser. Without hesitation I had an incredibly generous gift certificate that included dinner and free game play. The management and staff and so incredibly kind and generous and I can’t thank you guys enough. These are the types of businesses I love supporting! Thanks again Velocity!

The video games are cool, the bartenders are cool, all the food was really delicious. The nachos were loaded up, the sampler platter was tasty and had some nice variety. The crunch wrap supreme was tasty as well. Overall cool place for kids and adults, might do the karaoke next time
