I visited you yesterday to purchase the "Glow Party" package. You sold me a package that was supposed to include a venue that was ready to go—complete with tablecloths—and a wall decorated with glow-in-the-dark paint, as the neon lights in the room were supposedly going to create the "glow" effect. Yet, absolutely *none* of that turned out to be true. I’ve attended other birthday parties where the glow effect actually worked beautifully. The reality was that you assigned me Room #3, and there were no working glow lights. I asked about it just as the decorations I had brought myself were all set up—right before we were about to sing "Happy Birthday" to my daughter—because I wanted everything to light up with that glow effect, just as my daughter (and the other invited girls) had been asking for. That was the moment you told me the neon light was broken—right after I had already settled into Room #3. That is simply unacceptable. My daughter said to me, "Mommy, this isn't a glow party; nothing is lighting up here." I felt embarrassed in front of the invited girls, and it just wasn't fair; I had purchased expensive glow-in-the-dark decorations because I wanted the party to look exactly like that—to give my daughter the birthday she wanted and deserved—and that simply didn't happen. Furthermore, I noticed that the other rooms (Rooms #1 and #2) even had working televisions, and the tables were already fully set with decorated cups and napkins. The room you gave me, however, didn't seem ready at all—it didn't even have a TV. The whole setup felt very disheveled. The service provided by the staff (the "party hosts") was good, but the reality is that, in the end, you sold me a package that was a complete sham. I was never able to host a true "Glow Party" for my daughter in Room #3, and the decorations I brought never lit up. On top of that, toward the end of our time at Sky Zone, there were several jumping areas that were off-limits and closed off, and there weren't even any basketballs available to play with. The entire experience was truly terrible. It is crucial that—before selling a package and assigning a room to a customer who has already paid for a "Glow Party" package—you inspect the room to ensure that everything is in good working order. At the very least, you should inform the customer if there are any issues; it is a highly unpleasant experience to have happen what happened to me, especially since I had paid for the entire party package in full. I was never offered a credit or anything similar to compensate for the inconveniences. I feel it would have been only fair to do so, given that, in the end, my daughter was left disappointed—dreaming of a Glow Party that never actually took place.

Sky Zone is always a great experience for my son has an amazing time and never wants to leave. The energy, activities, and overall atmosphere make it the perfect place for kids to burn off energy while having fun.It’s become one of our go to spots because we know he’ll leave happy every single time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and active outing for their kids!
