Friend in the Birthday party for Elijah D, Yayo was the family got hurt with a ball to his eye making him cry and the employees on duty did nothing about it. The Mom was very upset and probably won’t return in the future. My first time and I was not happy either what kind of establishment claims to be kid friendly and the kid is in jeopardy of possibly getting injured. Not the kind of experience I would want for my son luckily he wasn’t bullied by Tony the unsupervised underage kid

This place has gone down pretty bad. I've been a member for the last 4 years (when this place was Rockin jump) and they used to have clear guidelines and it used to be safe for kids all ages. Now they have gone totally greedy and removed the under 6 dedicated space. Now the older kids often bump into younger ones, my 2 year old doesn't enjoy this space and my older one started to hate the overcrowded place too. It literally used to be less than half price for more safe and fun experience, now it's gone to the dogs.

This place is awesome and amazing, The staff members are really good at doing their job and keeping the place nice and respectful. This place has a lot of energy and sometimes some parents come with too much energy realizing that they don’t need to bring it into a place that you need to burn your energy. Most of the staff can’t do nothing about the parents acting like parents that’s understandable by say that staff members are amazing and they really do their job above and beyond

We had an AMAZING experience at Sky Zone! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable. They explained the membership and all the perks so clearly, which made the decision easy. We scored an awesome deal on the 1-year annual membership, HALF OFF! It breaks down to about $14.99 a month or roughly 49 cents a day for 2 hours of jumping. Such a great value, especially for kids. Highly recommend. Sky Zone, we’ll definitely be back!

My kid loves Sky Zone, and there is a lot of good about the park - it's not perfect, but it's very good. What we like: usually, when we come in the morning there's very little line, the staff lets us in smoothly. Inside the experience is usually good: there is a variety of activities, including trampolines, ball games (dodge ball, basket ball, soccer), different things to climb on in different ways. The facility is clean, and there is a lot of staff on hand to keep an eye and answer questions. There are vending machines and a small concessions area if you get hungry. Usually, it's a great way for my very energetic son to let out his energy in a fun, safe environment. when he gets mild hurts - for example, once he did a summersault and accidentally kneed himself in the face, once he was hurt by a ball in dodgeball - the staff is there to offer help and support and ice packs. What we like less: Sky Zone is not good about communicating on when they will be closed or are over busy. So there have been a few times we came and could not get in. They have gotten better about it for members - we usually get priority. When they are busy, the line is not well monitored, and there's confusion about the order - there are multiple lines. Sometimes, there are not enough people in the front desk to let people in efficiently, which unnecessarily increases the wait. And sometimes they let bigger, aggressive kids throw balls in ways that harm others without calling it out. But all in all, it's almost always a great experience for my son, and a nice environment for me to sit in and work - they have wifi.
