Attended glow in the dark jump for the kids & it was a good atmosphere. Clean & the staff were attentive. The music was a little loud for my liking, you kind of had to yell at the person next to you have a conversation. Other than that, I’d say it was a good night

Hello, I am writing to express concerns about my recent visit to Sky Zone, which I feel warrants your attention. Last week, my girlfriend and I visited Sky Zone and were checked in by Anna, who identified herself as a manager. Upon entering, we were not greeted, and her attitude toward us came across as rude and unprofessional. The manner in which she spoke to us was disappointing and not reflective of the level of customer service I would expect. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with how she addressed employees during our visit, as it appeared disrespectful. While inside the facility, I attempted to purchase a drink and waited approximately 15 minutes without any staff available to assist me. Eventually, Ikenna, another manager, came to help after the extended wait. As we were leaving, my girlfriend and I observed Anna and Ikenna engaging in behavior that appeared flirtatious and overly physical. This is something we have noticed on multiple visits, and it made us uncomfortable in a professional environment. Overall, this experience left us disappointed, as we have visited Sky Zone several times and expect better customer service and professionalism from management. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future guests.

My children enjoyed our first skyzone experience! Especially mt 4 and 2 years old, I love it that they have the little leapers! Takes all those energt in the morning! Lol

The place was great. We got there right as it opened, so my small kid was able to jump with other kids his size. The Wall was also sick and worked way better than most VR playsets. We had a blast and would recommend this location for anyone, including travelers like us.

We got family packages for kids. It’s very fun and the staffs are very nice here. We enjoyed our time!
