So I went with my kids for glow night, the father sat in the car with the other kids to get them together while I got my oldest son checked in so he could jump. I tried to go back out and the young lady with the ponytail along with the few and the young man working the front decided to argue with me about leaving out to run to the car. Which I understood, but they decided to make it a problem, talking aggressively, laughing and chuckling at me, and mumbling under there breathe amongst each other! They even proceeded with an accusation that I was lying. When I told the father to come inside, I went to find my son. He told me they proceeded to laugh and talk about the situation amongst the associates! It was several few parents that attempted to grab things from their vehicles but they were making fun of them when they were declined to leave. They had an officer that stood by them, laughing along with them and making comments to every concerned parent wondering why they couldn’t run to the car or step out for a moment. When I got my son and proceeded to leave, the associates at the front continued to mumble and say comments, the father of my kids went to look back out of frustration and the associates began to argue at him. There was one associate that was yelling at him to leave with the phrase “Bye, bye, get out”! That is NOT customer service. That is not how employees communicate with consumers! But that is ridicule. Steer clear of skyzone, i have been there for months as our som has a membership! But that will be cancelled!

It was an OK experience. There was a lot of trash everywhere under the trampoline very loud and the people at the desk were a bit mean it took them a while to let me into a party that I was going to but it’s an OK experience. I hope they improve it.

This was my first time visiting any Sky Zone. The atmosphere was great, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It had so many activities for the codename and even the adults were enjoying themselves. Sky Zone is a great place for children and adults to relax and socialize.
