If you disagree with the staff when they try to not honor your Groupon, they’ll call the police, tell them you threatened them, and have you arrested. Response to reply: The video evidence does not support your claims. There was never a mention of Groupon expiry or wrong location, you had no witnesses to any threats, yet there were plenty of people around who said they heard no threats. Your employee told other employees to say nothing and directed one to lie to the police when they called them on one employee's instruction. Why would you allow the use of 3 of 4 vouchers if the Groupon expired? Also, only the promotional value of a Groupon expires in Ohio, not the value. You've got some at least one egomaniac employee at this location. If you wanted them to leave, you could have refunded their money and had them trespassed. Instead, your employee wanted to punish someone who dared question them. I hope the lawsuit bankrupts you.

I had a birthday party here for my son. The staff was very nice at check in for the party. They were also pleasant and assisted all my guests at check in. My designated person was Rachel and she was very nice. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about SkyZone parties and guided us. She was understanding and polite. She assisted us as best as she could considering all the traffic out in the lobby area outside the party room. She was able to balance both, and I appreciate that so much. My son told me it was the best birthday party he has ever had.

Came here the other day with my little ones. The blonde girl working the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful with my kids and I. She answered all of my questions and made the whole process simple while I managed all my kiddos. Amazing service, 10/10!

Little Leapers was lots of fun! Great time for the 6 and under crowd. My complaint is that the online ticketing service wasn't working so there was a wait as only 1 employee was at the front desk.

Had my son’s 10th birthday party here this past weekend . They were incredibly busy yet managed to cater to our party well . We bought the VIP party package from 5:30-7:30 . We got into the room about 5:40 due to it having to be cleaned . Before that our party host checked in all the jumpers that were there and gave them all socks and wristbands . We scheduled a time to bring the pizzas and drinks and they were a few minutes late but I didn’t mind because the kids were all jumping . Overall it was a good experience and our host was very kind and accommodating. Will return in the future if my kids decide they want to have their parties there .
