This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the staff were unhelpful and disrespectful, and the owner’s behavior was especially unacceptable. It completely ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable outing with friends. A place like this should focus on creating a positive environment, not making customers feel uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back.
