I ordered a sofa from this store and it arrived on time with the exact same quality. And I am so happy with that. The salesperson Jennifer was an amazing lady, she explained everything in detail and gave us the option to pick which ever we want. Thank you.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We have had an awesome experience purchasing living room furniture with Sleep Cheep. Our sales associate Jennifer was always extremely helpful. She’s very knowledgeable about the products and gave us helpful perspectives and options. She also was not pushy, and it felt like talking with a friend. Furniture looks great in the place, and we’ll be back for anything else we need. I would highly recommend Jennifer for all your furniture needs.👍🏼

Great experience overall! Jennifer is the best customer service representative I have ever interacted with. Not only did she give us a great deal, she always followed up on a regular basis till the time every item was delivered and assembled. There was a major delay from the end supplier to send one of the items but Jennifer made sure she got us the item as soon as she can. Would highly recommend asking for Jennifer if you visit this store.
