I’m visiting from Australia and trying to check out as many romance bookstores as possible, and I really loved Slow Burn Books. It’s well-stocked and the lady working was super friendly and lovely. It’s in a really pretty location and I liked how they had a second-hand section too, along with super luxe special editions, so there’s something for every budget. Their event schedule looks amazing too and I’m just sad I didn’t time my visit better to attend one.

Great little bookstore! Bright, open and airy, just what you'd expect for a romance oriented place :D They also have a couple of shelves of gently used books as well; which I love to see. Great selection separated out by subgenres, if you are in the area you should definitely check it out!

Shannon was so lovely and helpful! She had so much knowledge about the books in her store and could give recommendations from each section or based on theme/trope. The shop is in a perfect location with quaint decorations, and the books are perfectly organized by type of romance. It had a great selection of popular and lesser known romance books! Wished I lived closer so I could come back more often!

The cutest little store!!! Have been meaning to stop by every time we go through the city but haven’t made it until this last trip! I finally found the deluxe edition of the book I’ve been looking for everywhere! The sweetest little selection of bookish merch I’ve ever seen. Will be back!!
