Blythe IS THE SMALL BUSINESS MAVEN!!! For those of you who are great at creating business and doing deals and making things happen, but whose brains do not do well with the minutiae of managing your accounts, receipts, subscriptions and bills (but also don't know who to trust to help you with this), Blythe will come to the rescue. Having previously hired a bookkeeper who gave me tasks to complete then ignored me if I did not do them (and was happy to take a fee anyway), Blythe comes as a refreshing antidote. Blythe will figure out what YOU need to get the job done, and she will support you with patience and without judgment. She will clean up any messes, put systems in place, and look at ways to streamline. She has a special gift for working with small business owners who are in growth mode, and she will help you in the here and now as well as help you plan for the future. She also really CARES, has the highest integrity and wants to see you thrive and succeed! She takes her fiduciary role as seriously as I take mine, and I have tremendous respect for her work ethic and humanity. If she has time in her schedule for you, take advantage it! My books were resurrected from the dead and neglected. Blythe came, conducted a thorough interview to really try to understand my small but complicated venture, forced me to supply and organize all kinds of important historical docs, set up a brand new streamlined bookkeeping flow, and most importantly got my quickbooks to a point where I can actually open it and obtain actionable information. She will make you do your homework. But it will be worth it.

Blythe helped fix our books after our previous accountant created multiple chaotic problems for us including effectively having us operating under 2 mutually exclusive business entities at once. She fixed our past books (which were very very messed up), trained our staff on in house bookkeeping, organization and filing techniques, and helped us establish good habits and financial planning for our future books to avoid issues. We are now doing our books in house an everything is running smoothly thanks to Blythe's EXTREMELY discerning eye and expertise.
