Very nice, kind people. Respectful. And they have some amazing cupcake selections! My first time patronizing this extremely clean establishment.

The customer service was pretty good, the young lady at the front was pretty helpful. However, the cupcakes do not seem worth it for the price. The cupcakes tasted not very good quality. I don’t know how fresh these were but they were not good. As soon as I bit into them, they fell apart.

I tried to order mini cupcakes from another place that no longer would do "mix and match" dozen, so I tried this place and I'm glad I did! I was able to order an assortment of flavors here. Mini cupcakes are great for a party--just the right size dessert after a meal and easy to serve and you can do a variety of flavors if you want. I got: Red Velvet, Cookies and Cream, Carrot Cake, Lemon, Strawberry, German Chocolate, and Wedding Cake. The owner was great to work with; she asked about the occasion and made recommendations and you can tell she takes pride in her work. I was very pleased with the results. The store smells wonderful, and has a great selection of ready made cupcakes. The minis I ordered are boxed nicely and I got them in a large bag that made them easy to transport. The place is located in Arlington Highlands shopping center and I was able to park directly in front of the shop to pick up my order.

They have SOME gluten free options but the lady working said it is not everyday they have them. So there is a small availability for gluten free. But they have a lot of cookies and wide array of other cupcakes too. I believe they have ice cream too. It smelled like heaven when we went in and the lady up front was so sweet and kind. The gluten free are wrapped in white cupcake wrapper and regular are in dark cupcake wrapper. Both types are dense, fluffy, and the frosting is perfect.

Tapi was AMAZING. Me and my friend came in at the last minute and she was so sweet. Most people are rude when u come in 10 minutes before closing but she showed wonder service. I’ll be back
