Smart Barre Camp Bowie has been instrumental in my complete recovery from a mental health crisis that impacted me in physical ways. After spending months in bed, I was unable to move in the usual manner. Physical therapy first addressed this to get to a semi-normal range of motion. Smart Barre challenged me in a supportive, non-competitive manner with women who have offered friendship and enthusiasm. I am in the best shape that I have been in decades. Splits are possible after age 60!

This is my favorite barre studio in central Fort Worth. I hopped around on ClassPass for a long time but found this to be my favorite. The instructors are A+ and classes are a great mix of strengthening exercises and stetching/flexibility focus. The mats they use here are also very cushiony so there’s no pain for me if you’re on your tailbone or knees for some exercises.

I purchased a 1-month package at Smart Barre that I used this past summer. Ultimately, I ended up choosing a different barre studio only because of its proximity to my house (Smart Barre was about a 20 minute drive from me). However, I LOVED the workouts here! The instructors were all fantastic, the equipment was high quality, and the music was great. They had plenty of flexible class times and even had workouts you could do at-home. I highly recommend coming here if you're interested in barre - it'll kick your butt in the best way!

I've been going to Smart Barre on Camp Bowie consistently for a little over 10 years. I absolutely love the instructor's, supportive and friendly environment and the work outs. These Barre classes work all your small muscles that most other workouts overlook. I go anywhere from 3 to 6 days a week! Highly recommend.

For years, I dabbled in many types of workouts, but didn't stick with anything for longer than a year. I've been attending Smart Barre classes at least three times a week for the last eight years. It is a great full body workout with fun instructors and a welcoming community of women.
