The facility and equipment are all up to date and clean. The different workouts are what I like the most! You go from cycling to weights then to my favorite yoga. If you like a variety and structure then Spenga is for you!
This studio is amazing! It’s the best work out ever! Cardio, weights and yoga! It was a good burn! The instructor, Loren was very sweet and guided me! The front desk lady Ashley was very welcoming and so kind!!

Spenga is a great workout! I get to see all of my spin stats in the app after each class, which shows my progress and improvement. This keeps me motivated through cardio (and I hate cardio in all forms).
