Went in thinking I had a virus problem. Amir checked my laptop out and everything was okay. Said he wouldn't charge me because nothing was really wrong, but I know if I had gone where I originally thought to go they would have charged a pretty penny. Thank you computer doctor. My experience with computer doctor from the time I walked in to their business was fantastic. I was greeted as I entered the store, and the front desk customer service employee that waited on me walked me thru the process of what it would take to fix my MacBook Air. My MacBook Air 2014 needed a new battery. They ordered the battery, and it only took three days, and they texted me when it was finished. There communication with me was great. I would highly recommend computer doctor for your Apple products either in warranty or out of warranty. Don’t be influenced by bad reviews.
