I rented a combo bouncy house from Smiley. The hiring part- contractor & payment process is super easy. They confirmed time the day before. Set up the house- showed me how to operate the generator (it was windy and if it got worse, I needed to shut off the generator and start it up later.) the wind died down around the party time (and thankfully never got strong). Kids and adults had a blast. The generator did die just before the end of the party, but that wasn’t a problem- the workers had left it running so my kids could play in it before the party, so we definitely got our moneys worth. They were able to pick it up promptly the next day and in and out in no time. If you’d like something fun for your family parties, this is great.

This is the second time we have rented from Smiley Jump in the last year. Every communication with them has been excellent. The man who came to set up, Carlos, was so professional. Set up was hours before the party and he made sure it was set up perfect. The quality of the moonbounce is exceptional. The 12 girls were ecstatic they got to bounce and slide in the unicorn house. I highly recommend renting ingredients from Smiley Jump LLC!

I have nothing but great things to say about Smiley Jump! They showed up earlier than I had requested and did an amazing job setting up the bounce house. My son was able to jump for hours before his birthday party began, which added to his special day! I highly recommend this company. From delivery to pick up- everything was top notch!

Smiley Jump LLC ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience with Smiley Jump LLC for our Fun Day event! Everything was delivered on time and set up perfectly, including the dunk tank, cotton candy machine, popcorn maker, and snowball ice. A special shout-out to Carlos, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was professional, friendly, and so helpful throughout the process.
