From start to finish the process was so easy. All the therapists are knowledgeable, kind and always smiling! Sara my therapist is all of the above and more. Would recommend to anyone searing for a physical therapy group.

Smith’s Physical Therapy is great! Their staff is friendly and very professional with patients. I’ve had numerous surgeries and I always ask for Smith’s as my PT group! And the location is very clean and organized.🤙🌺

The facility is nice the staff is nice but the reception in is terrible she never greets you I've been there three times never once been greeted once when I walked in even though there's nobody she's talking to. Then today I am going after my session to make my appointment and she's talking to somebody so I patiently wait and then when it's my turn somebody fresh walks up who she immediately takes for the appointment and completely ignore me which means she was oblivious to the three minutes that I sat there and waited while she got a new patient set up if she's not going to her job that he didn't replace her job as a receptionist is to welcome new and returning patients every time they walk through that door and to definitely serve them in the order that they come in I just walked out and didn't make another appointment as that was incredibly disrespectful.
