I never understand why this place isn’t busier. They have a fantastic happy hour menu. All the servers are so friendly and welcoming. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. They have a lovely patio. Every kid gets a full cup of crayons and some coloring books. They have a little arcade room. It’s a great place to bring your family. My kids love the build your own pizza. I’m a huge fan of the mozzarella sticks (I love how thin they are and there’s a good crunch) and the vegetable Alfredo. The portions are huge.

I got the calzone. Biggest critique was wateriness and lack of flavor throughout. Soda tasted watered down. Ketchup was watery. Pasta at the table was watery. Fries weren’t seasoned. Calzone, while not watery per se, lacked flavor/seasoning and cheese despite asking for an additional cheese. This would all be okay if it wasn’t priced $20-$30 per head.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Half are mediocre experiences, but my last experience was great. The service was excellent. I went in there because I needed somewhere to work using the Wi-Fi. The waitress found me a seat closest to the wifi even though it was a table out of her way. I ordered a large pizza with sausage, Canadian Bacon and mushrooms and it was so good. The waitress took the remaining pizza back to the kitchen to keep it warm for when I returned home to my family. Then I ordered myself dessert, berry cheesecake. It was so delicious. No dessert to take home.

I really wanted to like Smoky Mountain Pizzeria & Grill, but this was honestly the worst pizza and fries I've ever had. The pizza was bland, greasy, and lacked any real flavor, and the fries were soggy. The mixed appetizers were worse than the freezer boxed kind. I had high hopes based on the menu and location, but everything about the meal was just so disappointing. Definitely not worth the price. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

This place has great pizza! We’ve been in twice in the past couple weeks and had a good time both times. First time we came in for happy hour and were looking at the wines. The happy hour menu said $2 off any glass but the waitress said it was just for house wines which was a let down. We got the pretzel and beer cheese and the French dip. Both were very mid, and we probably won’t reorder those. Second time we came in we got a large cheese pizza and the spinach artichoke dip and both were very good and we plan on going back for those. The waitress on our second visit said she was new there but was great and super friendly and quick with service. We really enjoyed our second visit!
