I was inside trying to aquire legal assistance, when a lady inside turned me away and told me to come another day. I had made a online request through there website. Which states usually responds in 24hours and still no response. If I could I would give you no stars, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for the lack of service.

This is more than ten years, but I need to leave Smoland Law a good review. I got arrested on TRAX for public intoxication. I had taken the train because I don’t drive drunk. It was a really frustrating arrest. He made it go away and he wasn’t expensive. If you are in a bad place because of a bogus charge, call Smoland Law.

If you are looking for an honest hard working lawyer look no further. I got an out of state DUI and the best thing I did was contact Dain Smoland. He is honest, straightforward, hardworking and genuinely cares about your case. He went above and beyond in my particular case even after sentencing running into problems with probation. He is very knowledgeable and gets back to you even on weekends in my case he has been fantastic. I would recommend this law firm highly and hold Dain in my highest regard.
