Axl has been walking with Sniff n go for nearly 4 years. It’s very expensive, but the quality of the service is very high. Axl is old, three-legged, and occasionally grouchy. As such, he needs consistency and individualized attention. Sniff is able to tailor the walks to what he needs, which keeps him happy and safe. He has the sane walker every day, which is great because he doesn’t love new people entering his home. They also have backups trained on him specifically so if his normal walker is out, there’s no break in the service. We really haven’t had any issues. I’d recommend Sniff for anyone whose dog needs extra individualized attention or can be kind of a dick sometimes. I really like the daily journal entries — they’re informative and sometimes hilarious. I’ve included pics of a couple of my favorites :)
My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Sniff and Go! Our pup is a rescue and not good with other dogs, so it's difficult to find walkers we trust to take him out in San Francisco while we are at work. The Sniff and Go team is phenomenal with him and we never have to worry. They are also incredibly professional and reliable. We would give 6 stars if we could!
We were so lucky to come across Sniff and Go for our puppy. Emi and her team are extremely professional, communicate effectively and we thoroughly enjoyed their services. The attention to detail and putting your pet(s) focus first is top notch. We fully trust Sniff and Go and can’t say enough about their talents and experience.
Sniff and Go has been walking my dog for about 6 months, and I feel very lucky to have found them! I appreciated Emi's thorough intake process, and I love that my dog walker provides a photo and a note after each walk (see example). Paul, Leyla, and Stephanie have all taken excellent care of my very good boy. Also, Sniff and Go aims to have the same person walk your dog every day, which is great. When my dog walkers have needed to hand off to someone else, both walkers took the dog out together to ensure a smooth transition. Finally, my dog can be temperamental, which makes him a less than ideal candidate for group walks. Solo walks are hard to come by, though, so I'm especially grateful that Sniff and Go provides them.
I cannot say enough about Emi and the Sniff and Go team! They've been walking my 2 year old Golden Retriever ever since I used them for a "Pet Taxi" while he was attending SF Puppy Prep. The walkers are all honestly amazing, reliable and great at communicating. They always provide great notes from their walks to make sure I'm aware of certain things they might notice with Wiley. I've also used Emi for dog boarding on multiple occasions and my only complaint is he might like her more than me :)! If you're looking for a good dog service for your special buddy, all you need to know is that I know Wiley's getting excited for his walk when I see his tail start wagging around noon every day. I can't recommend them enough!
