Isabella did a horrible job on my daughter’s hair she cut more than i asked and its not straight its a whole mess I would never recommend you bringing your kid to this place…. im very disappointed…

We originally had a different stylist booked, but when they called out sick, we were reassigned to Rachel—and I’m so glad we were! From the moment we sat down, Rachel was attentive, patient, and really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for our son’s haircut. She didn’t rush, checked in with me multiple times throughout the cut, and made sure every detail was just right. Honestly, this was the best haircut our son has ever had at Snip-its. While most stylists tend to move quickly (understandable with kids!), Rachel's calm and thoughtful approach made all the difference. We’re thrilled with the result and will definitely be booking with Rachel from now on. Highly recommend her!

We visited the salon for our baby’s very first haircut—an experience we were really looking forward to. Unfortunately, the way things were handled left us very disappointed. When we arrived, both staff members were busy with other clients, and no one acknowledged or checked us in for quite some time. Eventually, when someone did approach us, we were told that we had missed our appointment and would have to wait—despite the fact that they were still occupied with earlier customers and hadn’t been ready for us at the scheduled time anyway. It was clear the delay wasn’t on our end. What followed was poor communication and an unwelcoming attitude. We were given inconsistent messages—first told they were fully booked, then offered a slot 45 minutes later. Eventually, one of the attendants offered to fit us in during her lunch break, but in a tone that made it feel like she was doing us a favor rather than providing service. A sarcastic exchange between the two staff members in front of us only added to the discomfort. What should have been a joyful milestone for our family was soured by the dismissive and unprofessional behavior of the staff. We chose to leave without getting the haircut. Sadly, we can’t recommend this place based on our experience. Attached is a photo of the near empty salon as we left the place.

’ve been taking my child to Snip-its Hair Salon for every haircut, starting with their very first one, and it’s always been an amazing experience! The staff, including our favorite stylist Alynn Allman, is incredibly patient and friendly, making each visit special with fun activities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My child always leaves happy and excited to return! Snip-its provides a stress-free, enjoyable haircut experience for kids, and their services are reasonably priced and affordable. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a great salon for kids!”

Do not book with Lisa. This is the second time we’ve booked with her and this time was by accident because I didn’t realize it was her when I booked it. She cut my son’s hair way shorter than I asked his hairline is uneven and left random long pieces all over because she works so fast she doesn’t pay attention to detail. I showed her 2 reference photos and said this is exactly what I want and I didn’t get it at all. She did it so quickly I didn’t even have a chance to try to correct her it was already cut too short. My son has picture day this week and now his hair is messed up. Much prefer Allyn and Phanna they do great work especially Allyn!
