Yikes. I remember this being a clean, upbeat, fun place for my younger brother. Brought my son and it's like one of those nostalgic creepy video arcades where nothing actually works but it just can't be "let go" watched one little girl be held down by her mom and then the (not our) stylist made a jok when the little girl hated her hair that she could "glue it back maybe". Just yikes all around. Out stylist was a great hair stylist but should be working somewhere much nicer for how good she was compared to the salon she was in.

Wendy was wonderful! I brought my little guy in on his 1st birthday and he did so well! Mainly because Wendy was quick and attentive. She was super friendly and helped my buddy have a positive experience.

Overall great haircut, I showed a pic of what we wanted and she was able to copy it exactly. Everyone was also very pleasant and kind. But I did knock them a star because idk what the theme is supposed to be in there but its kind of odd and slightly unsettling. The kids didnt seem bothered but I was a bit creeped out by the giant weird characters.

The barber Sue clearly had no experience with children and had no patience with a nervous child. She forced the buzzers and burned my son’s neck. We had to walk out because all she wanted to do was force us to use buzzers when we have always had a scissor haircut. Then I had to pay $15 for a “trim” when all that was done was burning his neck and taking a chunk out of the back of his hair

We took our one-year-old for his first hair cut at our local barber. It didn’t go well, and his hair looked terrible. Then I took him to Snip-it’s to see Suki and she fixed his hair perfectly. She did a fantastic job and now our son looks great! Will 100% come back again. Great overall experience. My daughter saw Eap (I’m sorry if I misspelled that) and she did a wonderful job. My daughter looks so cute!! Loved the whole vibe. They did such a great job with both my kids.
